this is fabulous but here are Best Cooling Bed Pillows which can absorb and release heat to keep your body at a more stable temperature while you sleep, preventing night sweats before they start `
I don’t have a pillow to use for workouts since they stay nice and clean in bed ): can’t sweat all over them now. And we don’t have a couch either, no pillows to be found there. I’m trying to find something else to use now.

Thought this was going to be an easy break – wrong!! I laughed the whole time just trying to keep the pillow in position. It BURNED but in such a great way, and was an awesome beginning to week 4 of the Beginner’s Calendar!! Felt totally accomplished and it’s definitely a new favorite workout!
This one was so cute! And the pillows helped me to not hurt my hip bones and knees when doing the last move.
I read “pillow” and said great time to stretch! Lol it was hard!!! 💖

it is easier to stabilize the pillow if using a contoured pillow made for in-between the knees while sleeping

I’ve been doing these calendars for a few weeks now and I’ve got to say this is my favourite workout so far!!! My inner thighs DIED but it was great!!

Cassey, this WO is so cute :o) And such a great idea! As suggestion, do you think it would be possible to do one whole body WO for pregnant Popsters? I just can’t workout with anybody else but you 🙂 But I have some limitations now and even though I do some adjustment to your workouts, I would so much welcome one video focused on moves safe for pregnant women :o)
