Oh dear, I seriously do not have rhythm…
This was beautiful.
It’s a good feeling to walk out of the gym — at least
a much better feeling than walking in. As Elle Woods famously
mentioned, this happy feeling lasts because it causes your body to release those
well-known happy chemicals: endorphins.
I really loved the dance part! I’m not a dancer at all, so it was difficult getting my body into it, but it was so much fun! I ended up doing that part twice, hoping to get some of the moves better. This will be on my regular cycle, especially for the days I need to feel more uplifted, or when I don’t have much time for a full workout. Thanks!
not the biggest fan of the dancing but I liked how this vid had popular pop music playing as the background!
