I love this stretch routine! I really do feel like I’ve relaxed. Thanks Cassie.
I just had to do this to recover from Extreme Butt Workout Level 3 (in the January 2021 21 day tone calendar). I wish you’d post some more stretch videos, Cassey, please – so important after you’ve nearly killed us with your workouts! 🙂
That last move, I always used to sit like that as a kid and I’d get in trouble because they’d say it was bad for my knees haha now I can’t do it!
Am I the only one that can’t do a lot of these moves because my calves are cramping? It almost feels like my muscle is too tight/short? Any tip? <3
I bet it’s dehydration. I used to have problems with cramps as well, drinking more water during workout and generally throughout a day helped me a lot. I’ve also read a lot of comments of people who claimed that proper hydration solved their cramping problem, so it’s not just me.
Thanks for that tip! I’ve always had the same problem. 🙂
I’ve always been taught that the last move is incredibly bad for your knees. It certainly hurts mine…
This was so wonderful 🙂 thank you, feels like peace in me now
Omg 😯 I love the stretching makes my whole body relax
I love the stretches, but I think it would be more effective if we held each stretch longer.
Love these stretches! They really help me open up.
