    I have been doing BLOGILATES since the beginning of the pandemic (early March). I am 51 from Indonesia. Mother of 4. Height: 160cm. Weight: 55 kgs.
    Blogilates has given me huge changes to the better.. love love live it. 2 things I wanna aak you :
    Is it possible to guide us with then to inhale and to exhale in every exercise ?
    Since I am 51 years old and you know, some movements are not good for my knees, can you suggest me with suitable exercises ?
    My knees .. oowhh.. I had to stop tap dancing 2 years ago..
