I love stretching with Cassey’s videos but I really wish they weren’t nearly all about leading to splits. I don’t think that’s ever going to happen for me. Please, Cassey, can we have some more stretching videos without splits?

I love doing these stretching videos after the workout calendar, but there are so few and I never know which one I should do after working certain areas. I would love to see more stretching/flexibility videos and I think it’d be great if they were incorporated more in the calendar! Love everything you do cassey! Thank you!
I pick a random stretching video from flexible fridays and do it after the regular routine and a tiny focused stretch for the body part of the day (the focused stretches are the ones sometimes she does at the end of the videos, I simply try to remember them and do them at the very end of the WO)
My parents and in-laws are on their way for the week… I needed that! xoxo

How often should i stretch and for how long??? Like twenty minutes thirty minutes?
