    Hey i just have a quick question,, since im following the calendar,, am i supposed to do all 5 listed workouts in the calender everyday?

      Everything listed on the calendar for that day needs to be done. You don’t do each one four times though for calendar workouts. Just once, but make sure you’re repeating moves on both sides if that video only has it on one.
