It burned so hard. I loved it
My lower back was killing me during 3 point turn. Is my form wrong?
Mine does the same thing. I have DR. So I squeeze my lower core as much as I can to help from the pain. It helps a lot and it helps my form and my DR. (Diastasis Recti)
