I noticed that too!
Love this video!!!!!
I loooved the first move I felt soo accomplished
OMG that first move was a killer!
Omg I’m dying lol so sore but feel awesome thanks Cassey😊💗💗
loved this practise, i am currently reading Shantaram <3
I couldn’t do the tweezers at all 🙁 it was majorly hurting my hip on both sides like I couldn’t even lift my bottom leg up at all lol… any modification or alternative similar move?
my hips where cracking and popping the whole time throughout the Double D’s, is that normal?
those tweezers were killer. I love reading varieties of books.
I love you Cassey!!!
Maybe I should do the beginner calendar…..anyone else? no just me okay
She does have one! Roll over the Calendar tab and you’ll beginners calendar! 🙂
oops, didn’t fully read your comment, lol! But GIRL. I did the beginner’s calendar twice because I couldn’t handle the full calendars.
Can’t side plank. I would appreciate some modifications.
Hey cassey! I have a question. If I’m not able to do the whole range of the movement of the plank, should I go on my knees? or is it better if I do what I can in the normal side plank. I would appreciate your help as that also happens to me with other exercises such as push ups.
Homie I need modifiers for some of these! Good workout but couldn’t do some of the moves 🙁
That first move is sooooooo crazy
This was hard, but so fun!! Love it 😍
I love this new series!!!! I have been doing your videos for years, Cassey! But I still find it really hard to do thigh exercises while balanced on my side. I roll all around and flop over and if I am able to still myself I find I’m just popping my hip in and out of its socket in order to do the move. What’s the secret to staying planted on your side?
Probably improving your core strength will help you stay in place. Keep at it with some of the other vids that work on abs, obliques and back!
Ooh you’re right, I bet back strength would help tons!
I struggle on that side plank as well!! I cant seem to be able to do it 🙁 and my arms feel it too haha.
lean more on the hand supporting you in front
