This is a really difficult workout, but it hurts my back and knees so much, and I don’t own a chair which i can do this with, so it’s difficult to do in general.
I am getting better by the day as I do these workouts. Thank you, CHL.

I remember when I first did this video, I couldn’t even get through half of it. The leg circles would kill me! Now a few months later, I’m able to do the entire video with no breaks! Great video cassey!!
First time I did this workout i barely handled it but today I was able to do every exercise with a little bit of resting but I’m so happy to see that I’m building my strength step by step. I loveeee Casey so much!
Elvis` and super bridges are killers! I need a good stretching after this workout if I want to be able to walk tomorrow
Any tips to take some pressure off sore knees? This was brutal!
