    This was a hard one to do after being off for so long due to an abdominal surgery! wow. I did the beginner version of most of these and went my own pace while switching moves when she switched moves. I know I am going to feel this one tomorrow!

    Thanks so much for doing these apartment friendly workouts. I love what your doing. I’m in a super busy season of life and just don’t feel like I have tone time to pack up and go to the gym. These help me feel linen i can have the treat and time for a workout.

    Hey everyone! I loved/hated the video. (I love Cassey, but MAN my abs will be sore tomorrow!) But guys I’m here to remind you that you do not always have to be someone’s outlet. A very close friend of mine has been going through an incredibly tough time, and has been going to me about it. I was getting more and more stressed, and after reviewing the possible stressors in my life, I realized it wasn’t my life that was making me stressed. So, after talking to my friend about it, I decided I needed a break from him. So I’m gonna take a day or two break from him. And guys, trust me, it helps. She asked us to tell us about our day and normally I don’t but I decided today I should because everyone should hear that. Have a wonderful day!!

    Just started bridal boot camp after doing piyo for 1.5 months. I can tell you my abs and obliques have never been so sore, it’s amazing. Thank you for creating this and being so positive, even if I have to modify a few moves it gives me something to work towards🙂

    I remember when I couldn’t even do a bent corkscrew! Now I can go through the entire workout with only a few problems! Took a year or so but I’m there!

      I’ve been there it just takes time. Doing pop pilates actually helped me so much because i realized I needed food to fuel my workouts and its taken such a long time to view strong as beautiful as opposed to just “skinny” and I still even struggle with it sometimes. Hang in there you’ve got this!!

    I Love your series Im 31 and 160 pounds my goal is to just be fit and strong no scale checking all my progress is based on what I see in the mirror.
