    Hi:) I’ve been doing blogilates for half a year and I can finish most videos without breaks but this one I don’t feel at all! The first part is hurting my butt but then when I’m doing the downward dog moves, my hip flexors are hurting real bad, making it impossible to lift my leg more than half a meter off the ground – anyone who can tell me what I’m doing wrong? :((
