    Aaaaaargh. Cassey, I have just done this and my mid-back is killing me. It’s a weird place where I’ve never felt pain before. I couldn’t do the squats at the start of the next video on today’s calendar because of the pain. I am fit – have done your calendar workouts every day for 9 months and was working out regularly before that too. What’s gone wrong?! Maybe this is not a very good first video of the day because all the jumps are quite jarring? Better to have a warm-up first?
