    This is a great video. I’ve had back pain due to a week mid back and this is helping. I was wondering if you could also do more easy videos for abs and obliques? My core isn’t strong so doing exercises like the plank is too difficult right now. I would love videos that strengthen my core and help me work up to planks

    Hey Cassey! I love this new back workout! ? Will definitely be sharing it with my mom, who has a lot of stiffness in her back! I also love the song challenges that you do, and was wondering if you’d ever thought of doing a roll up challenge? Maybe with teasers for the chorus? I only started pilates at the end of feb, and the roll up was the first move i learned in your pop pilates for beginners video. It was incredibly hard to begin with, but the speed at which I improved at it was what really got me addicted to your videos, workouts & Blogilates in general! So i think a roll up challenge could be really good fun & probably quite hard too! ? Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I didn’t know where else to comment! ? ?
