    Yayyyy..I am a mermaid already..) Cassey love you..:) You are energetic throughout the video and that gives us energy too but sometimes I give up. I dont like to be a quitter but I take frequent gaps even when I do Walnut crush. Please share some tips on how to keep the energy going and to ideas to control my mind.
