I really like this video. 😀
When balancing in the last move don’t forget to bend your bottom(?) knee and (this helped me a lot) squeeze your abs! Good luck!
Second time doing this and I still look forward to it.
Jan 2019, my first time seeing this video…love it!! Challenging and satisfying 🙂 In the last move, balancing on my left leg was so much more manageable than my right haha, so I’ll have to keep working on that
Omg… the songs 😭
I miss 2009.
I don’t get the lady gaga joke 🙁
I love the elephant walk!
Really, really good workout! I loved that this workout tests my balance. It made me realize how far I’ve come since I first started doing POP Pilates. Also, the oblique moves are SUPERB. I usually feel nothing after I do candlestick dippers, hip twists, or any of the new oblique moves, but after finishing this workout, my sides are still in pain (in a good way of course!). I don’t know if maybe I squeezed more during this workout vs. when I do the newer workouts or what, but I am definitely coming back to this for the obliques moves.
hello ahihi :)))
This is my first time doing one of the old pop Pilates videos. Wow Cassey! You looked so different back then. Just goes to see how much you have improved within the year in every aspect.❤️
Damn! that was hard aaand fun! and oh my god how many year have passed since then? you look totally different! I had forgotten about the early pop pilates videos
Loved the elephant walk!!!
Would love to see it on more videos please!!! <3 <3
The elephant walk kind of reminds me of a belly dance move, except the technique is a bit different.
Especially like this video because it is super challenging to my balance. I’m realizing I’ve got to work on that balance more. Thanks for waking me up to that truth! Hope everyone is having an awesome day!
i was actually thinking “i didnt like it ,because i have no balance i couldn´t do it well” but you made me see it as a challenge.. thanks
I love the elephant walk! That is something I could do anytime during my day 🙂
I don’t think it’s because of my comment in a recent video…but i’m happy you are using old videos as well
the last move is such a satisfying challenge!! would be great to bring it back into some new videos!
