I felt so good when I finished this!!!! A lil hard (especially at the end) but it was sooooo good!
I don’t know what it is, but those moves you do on knees are so uncomfortable. My hips hurt a lot and I can’t hold it for that long
Yes, it’s a very hard move, but do not despair! It will get easier, it’s good for your thighs, butt and lower back!
This was tough but rewarding.
When I saw this video on the calendar I immediately had flashbacks of doing this years ago and dying lol
