It was really fun but my wrists hurted me so much and i couldn’t do 100% of some exercises. Although I love this workout!
that was my first time i did this workout. And i completed it, that was really challenging💪🏾😂
CAn’t believe I finally am able to do the whole thing! This is so incredible
I remember doing this not being able to make it through the entire video. And here I am, half a year later, and even though I can’t tell by looking at my body that I’ve gotten stronger, I can definitely feel it, doing this workout and actually being able to finish i!! I feel so proud of myself – to all your people out there struggling, if you keep trying, you are going to get there! Love your videos Cassie and how they make me feel about myself:)
This was my second time attempting this workout…can’t stay up the whole time (also had to keep stopping to stretch my sore wrists) but I will keep trying till I make it! 1/3/19

Sure! I just finished it–it was still crazy hard but I stayed up the whole time! Woohoo. Except, my abs are not on fire but my shoulders sure are…whoops.

I did mot of it my wrists really hurt so i had to go to my knees for half of the last exercise but its still good for my first time

This was too hard for me today. It was an amazing, but insane, workout. My goal is to get stronger so I can do the whole video without dropping to the floor and so I can do a full plank (not with my knees on the floor). <3

The starfish was the hardest for me (even though the rest was pretty hard…) – my arm would simply give out! I really want to have strong arms. Next time I’m here, future me better make it through the whole thing without touching the floor.
