Love – love – love this video it’s one of main favorites and was super stoked to see this on the calendar for today I’ve been sick with the stomach flu so I had to wait for my parents to leave so that they wouldn’t make it a big deal when you’re sick you do what you can to help yourself feel better and in all honesty this helps me I love you Cassey keep up the great work

Hi Cassey, I am heavy from my lower half, am doing cardio and strength training , have added this workout to my routine, If you can kindly let me know how many times to repeat this workout everyday to see some results.

    1. Andrea L. says:

Hi Asha, it really depends on your lifestyle, what you’re eating and whether you are doing all the exercises correctly. You really just have to do it and wait for results. Just do this once a day since you’re doing other exercises, and take a rest day once a week at least.

You’ll probably see or feel results in a week, or realise you are getting better at the workout. However it really depends on you.

This is an intense leg workout. I am an avid competitive dancer so I do a lot with my legs to make them really muscular and strong but this whole video was a really good workout. Listen to Cassey when she talks about the hip flexor because those leg circles can make them really hurt.

Wow you’re a dancer. I am too I’ve been dancing for twelve years ten years of competitive dance training I still take dance classes every Saturday and got involved with Zumba dancing as well and teach as well I have also been working out at the gym and also do a lot with both Pilates and Yoga It’ has been a ton of fun How many years have you been involved I’ve taken tap – jazz – and hip hop I’m just excited to know you dance too – sorry about that but I hope you don’t mind me asking

Today was the first time I didn’t have to put my leg down for a rest during the first set of exercises!!! I couldn’t really keep my leg straight on the last set of the first portion, but I didn’t set it down! Wahoo!

Cassie – I have really (really!) tight hamstrings, and really (really!) struggle with a lot of lower body stuff. The last few moves in this video are all but impossible – my legs are too tight to get even close to 90 degrees at the hips, so I just strain my back and abs to keep them lifted high enough to get any benefit from the actual exercise.

How can I modify this? Or am I stuck stretching during the last half.

The leg circles have gotten alot more challenging after hitting 40~ 🙂 Casey, I began watching you and doing your videos since you first came out in 2008 (?) I was in my very early 30’s, and still at 40, almost 41 I enjoy your workouts the most 🙂 Thank you! xo
