I had low back pain while doing it… did I do somthing wrong or it’s just because i’m a beginner?
probably because you’re dipping your back. try to suck your belly button in, it should prevent it. but as you work out more, it will get better 🙂

I did it! For the first time, without stopping. yeyyy
My knees started hurting right in the middle of the song so I had to fold up my mat to cushion them and do it again! My butt is dead!

The stretch at the end made me fart… well that’s one benefit you don’t think of when you do Pop Pilates! Gas relief. Who knew?
