I didn’t really feel any pain even though this is my 3rd abs workout today am I doing something wrong because the first two were painful but this wasn’t hard at all

I love this workout because I feel amazing after it. it feels like I can take on the world
I gave up halfway through. I decided that I didn’t want to do that so I restarted and pushed through it. now my abs really hurt but I feel amazing. Also Is it normal for you to have neck pain when lifting up? or am I doing something wrong?
U might be putting too much strain on your neck
