Who would’ve thought this was the celebrity workout she struggled with the most….
I always use filled up 1.5L water bottles for weights and the big 5L ones as kettlebells!
I really liked this, it was a great combination of balance, strength and cardio. I would like more with this combination!
For me this is bad workout. Because I have to do this workout at home and there I don’t have weigths, bench or anything else what you need in this video.
this was great but more focused on lower body if you don’t have weights, thus not so great for the arm training day. But a great workout!
Yeah, I was just thinking the same thing. I feel like this workout would fit much better under total-body days or booty days 🙂

This required way too much equipment. The at home adjustments felt like I wasn’t working as hard as I could be. I love your videos because I don’t need to go to the gym or to have equipment, so the videos where I can just use my body are my favorites.
