Oh man 7 day ab workouts? I’m already dying
I couldn’t do the sea saw at all! Not even badly.
It didn’t actually feel like this even touched my abs. Am i doing something wrong? my lower back kept on wanting to come off the floor

I’m glad I’m able to do this workout. I usually can’t do any move on Ab Mania days. Cassey really helps to improve our strength and her positivity keeps me going. 🙂
I tried this once and I was stopping all the time. In a month I’m able to do it without stopping. Really love how Cassey helps us to built our strength.
Felt that a lot in my lower back which is not good. Very difficult moves.
