The lower abs rounds were sooooo hard
A good hard-core (pun intended) workout.
this is fire, I had to take a lot of breaks 🙁
I will nail this workout soon!! But I was able to get through the video with minimal breaks so yay!!
I got stronger! This video i always had to take breaks here and there with the abs because it can get so intense! But i just had to stop once! FEELING GREAT AND PROUD 😀
