I mostly felt my legs instead of my obligues, but still loved the workout 🙂
That last part was a killer. What is that muscle on the outside of the hips?
This was intensive.
Loved this workout with weights,what size is that 5lbs?I have bright pink 3lb weights n 5lb green ones I want to replace them with bright pink,where you get yours?
I enjoyed this workout as a weighted workout! However, I felt like it was more arms and legs than obliques.
