    Probably my favorite booty workout so far! Sometimes when trying to work my butt, I don’t feel it where I’m supposed to…but with this workout, I think it’s impossible to not feel it, haha. Thank you, Cassey!! I’m feeling the burn of satisfaction.

    I like the trick to do all exercises with one leg first and then switch to do them all with the other leg because even though you’re dying after the first leg your next thought is “my butt checks have to be even, so I’m gonna do the other leg as well as I did the first one”.

    Butt work outs and thigh work outs are usually my specialty. I can tolerate lots of pain and still push through. Core is my weakness, however the last exercise really had me. That number 5 was some pain there. Good workout, your arms look great as well Casey. Help me with your favorite arm workouts at this moment.
