Hi!! I’m on day 6 of the 1000 ab challenge!! WOOHOOO!! The best part is the soreness in my abs is getting better but I’m having issues with the sit ups bothering my back. Is there an alternative I could do?
Maybe I’m crazy…but now only the day 1 video is on the app. I don’t see any of the others. I was able to do days 1-3 but now only the first one is there..??

I am one who still goes to the office working full time; when i go to my mums we have no internet so i can’ t get my phone wokouts in BUT I am almost “borderline” obsessed with doing these workouts!! Cassey is SUPER motivating, healthy, inspirational and makes ME want to be a better me for many many reasons. My beautiful daughter guided me here and i am going to try my best to do my workouts when I can. right now i do them RIGHT when i get home from work and look forward to that part of my day! With no internet at the farm tho? I printed off the ab challenge and THAT will be done!! THANK YOU CASSEY!!! Since i started committing to your workouts (almost daily!) i have actually lost a few inches and maintained NOT gaining weight; i have issues trying to keep a good diet living with two men (hubs, son) but i wont give up! LOVE YOU GIRL!! xoxox
