It is so hard to do the leg circles after the lunges!

This workout……. it KILLED my legs for sure. Love it Cassey! I can’t imagine that you still can surprise me after 5 years of POP Pilates. You go girl! ♥
For the “T calf raise” are you supposed to bend your knee or keep it straight? Because it kinda looks like you’re bending it but I’m not sure.
She mentions keeping a slight bend. 🙂 That was a painful 7 minutes!
