Starting to build up my mental strength because I hate plank jacks but I got through the whole 45 seconds! Go me!
You got my heart beating as though it’s going to burst. I love it.
I understand that quads are one of the biggest muscles in the body but i’m absolutely sick of my quads hurting while doing every exercise. It makes it so I can’t do the exercise properly. I realize planks should engage your core, arms, and quads, but all I ever feel is quads. So sick of quads!
k this is very very random but i realized that “popster” rhymes with “posture”!
lol
This killed me omg
Great video. Thanks. Love those Russian Dancer moves.
I wish casey would put in more modifications for those of us who have wrist problems
When I first started out, I had wrist issues too. Now I’m okay. I started doing moves which required “too much” (for me any way) of my wrists either on my bed or on the bed of my rebounder. The rebounder especially did not hurt my wrists. Eventually I stretched enough or got strong enough to deal with the wrists directly on the floor. Additionally, I was doing martial arts stretch videos on YouTube for upper body flexibility. It seemed to really help me past that VERY painful wrists issue(s). Hope you find what works best for you, Burna.
Love those dancing arm circles–think I’ll do that the next time I’m standing in line some place! LOL!
this isn’t an arm workout.
LOOOVVEEE PIIT!
Starting PIIT everyday and today, Monday, is arms! Here we go!
MM – 1
Wow that was good, but barely any arms! I was prepared to have the shakies but my arms are fine.
You might want to re-think the name of this video considering you do very little arm exercises and focus more on legs and back.
