    Please, please can you add some specifically post-exercise stretch videos to your site? It would be so useful and enjoyable just to have a 5-10 min video to click on after a full calendar workout. Thank you xx

    Hello, Cassey.
    I wanted to say: Thank you. I exercise with you only couple of months and at the beginning I hated it. Not because of you, it was because I was a really overweight and large and I hated the felling I’m miserable and I’m not able to do any exercise right and without break.
    During the months there were days when I like it and when I enjoyed your videos a little bit and then there were days when I felt really bad and depressed.

    But now after a half year of exercising with you, I feel the change. Today we have photograph in our school. She took photos of every class and like every year I had to wear dress for the school photo. But the difference was that for the first time I felt good in the dress. I felt confident and beauty like never before. I’m slimmer and stronger now than how I was when I started and all because of you. So again, THANK YOU.
    PS: I’m sorry about mistakes. English isn’t my first language.

    This is an awesome workout! It’s just what I need since I have rickety knees. I definitely see and feel a difference in my body and it’s such an efficient 30 minutes. I never have an excuse to skip it. Thank you!!!

    Note to self: never underestimate a workout done on the mat. I always thought that cardio was the hardest, but this was insane for me. Those abs at the beginning were killer!

    Hey, Cassie! Really enjoyed this half hour work-out! I usually do an arms, abs and legs video, but love that this video checks all the boxes. I’d definitely love to see more of these, especially any that don’t have such high intensity on the knees, since I have a knee injury. Thanks, Cassie – keep up the amazing work!
