    Anyone else here for the July 2020 workout calendar? I feel as if we should do this one at least twice to even up left and right (no way am I doing it 4 times for the calendar!) but after two other cardio videos on the calendar, I really can’t face it!

    Great video! My left ankle is in a cast from surgery to repair the ligament, and it is great to have a workout I can still do.

    My knees were painful . I tried to do the exercise as much as i could. Now i feel much better.

    This is what I really need! Please, make more exercise for the people who have problems on the knees. After I got a knee injury, it is hard to follow the videos on the calendar sometimes. Thnkas. I downloaded PIIT28 web at once!
