    Oh my gosh, so hard!! But good one if you’re not good at ab moves and often strain your neck. Only two out of those did I need to go very slow.

    I could do everything but the hollow rock, so I had to replace that with something else.

      I do something like a half hallow rock. I do the rocking motion but I actually sit up in an earthquake position, giving myself a little rest, before rocking back down. I still feel it in my abs and it’s a good way to work up to the harder version I think.
