    HeY!! Love your workouts! I am 57 years old and not overweight at all, but am starting to get that dreaded “flappy” area on the back of my upper arm ….. ewwww! I would love some exercises to tone and tighten that area (tricep???) of the upper arm. Thanks!

    Hey Kassi, you should do a video that focuses on pecs and chest! I know push ups are the go to, but Im not there yet and im wondering if there are other easier ways to build up chest muscles.
