Not saying that was hard, but my husband heard me exhale after finishing this one, he came in and asked if I’d just given birth!
I love this!!
This workout really strained my knees 🙁
Yes me too 🙁
me three, I could still do it but yeah, my knees were the main strain/focus point not my thighs?
Those pretzels squats are no joke!
I’m most frustrated by the fact that I’ve done this workout several times and STILL cannot get very low at all with those pretzel squats 🙁
I hope it’s good to feel my lower back a lot with this workout…
Great to see, my legs learned last two weeks 😉
Loved this! I appreciate that it challenges me to work on balancing too.
Does anyone else feel like they can’t do these moves right?😂 I feel uncoordinated when I try to keep up with Casey.
I have hyperextendable knees and whenever I come up from the one-legged squats, they automatically hyperextend. Does anyone have any tips on modifications or ways to help prevent that?
I have the same thing, so I don’t fully straighten my leg on the way up
ONE OF MY FAVORITES.
Im doing this as a part of my november calendar workout. it is for the third, am doing it on the second as i was feeling stressed. amazing. thank you sooo much.
I don’t have lower back pain normally but this just kiiiiiiilled my back. Am I doing something wrong?
A lot of these are also lower back exercises (the ones where you lift your leg up). Maybe you have muscles aches in your lower back after this, or your back is not strong enough to handle the exercises and you can therefore not keep it straight enough when you do them? I’m not an expert though, so might be something else! Good luck 🙂
I am an expert in lower back injuries! I have had one Myself for several years…it has to a lot to Do with Core Strength! Please trust me on this one..do some research on developed Pilates! It’s why, and how I got involved with it..
sorry, who developed..
This was extremely bad for my lower back! I had to stop because I felt I was about to really hurt myself instead of getting in better shape. Please find more exercises that won’t hurt people with back pain!
I got lower back pain trying to follow this video…I do have a bit of a belly and I don’t think I was engaging my core as much as I should. Is lower back pain a normal reaction for these exercises?
hey cassie can you suggest any alternative exercise for people who struggle with lower back pain, i find that a lot of the butt exercises really just affect my lower back.
thanks love your workouts!
My 21 year old daughter showed me your blogilates site. I am 58 and have health issues but we both worked out together. I modified movements at times but kept it moving! I am grateful to her and you because there is something for everyone with your workouts! Thanks.
WOW love this video!!!! thanks for sharing!
So glad I found you! Awesomeness…
Wow… Great tips
Good burn!! Good sweat!!! I love those leg exercices that also work your balance! It’s so important so we don’t fall and break our hips when we’re old ladies!
What is the second song?? I love!
Thanks, Cassey, for making me smile as I get stronger. 🙂
