That was horribly hard, Cassey – especially as the 4th video on today’s calendar. But worth it!
It hurts but it was good.
I had to drop my legs a few times, but I didn’t give up. One day soon I’ll be able to make it all the way through this without dropping my legs!
Oh my god I never realized the real meaning behind hamstrings…. today I explored how much they can hurt 🙂

This workout is maybe the toughest one you have xD It burns sooooo much lol
I actually made it through the first song without taking a break! First time I’ve been able to do that.
It makes ME feel so much better while doing these workouts when YOU are in pain lol, not in a mean way but it means my pain is normal and even someone as fit as yourself is struggling.
When I looked at the Level… I died a bit inside..

Oh, interesting, I also injured myself when doing splits a long time ago… Something popped on the left side of my pelvis and I had to walk with crutches for a couple of months… Not nice.

Oh my god those U shapes just about killed me! I swear, my knees are sweating. My *wrists* are sweating. I’m just a big ball of sweat. That was amazing.
Umm can anyone just tell me this one thing? Like do squats and lunges makes your butt bigger? Because I’m actually trying to lose weight around my lower region I mean I’ve lost almost all the fat around my abdomen area but my lower region is still the same.So if anyone could just tell me if it’s okay to do squats and lunges.Even an yes or no would do. Thankyou…
Squats usually don’t make it bigger, but they lift the muscles in your butt.
Well butt exercises target the muscles in your butt so that is why it might get bigger. But it also depends on your genetics, if you naturally have a small or flat butt you won’t suddenly get a Kim Kardashian butt, the exercises just make your glute muscles more defined and potentially bigger. But doing squats and lunges definitely won’t prevent you from losing fat in your lower body, so it is okay to do them.

I absolutely love this workout! Of course, very hard…but I love it! A lot easier than the butt exercises done on the side!
By far the hardest butt workout. I felt it more in my hamstring afterwards.
REALLY hard but a great booty activator if you do only half a song per cheek!

It doesn’t necessarily make it bigger or smaller, it just gives it a nice ‘lift.’
