I think you actually compare this to a real life pyramid or high vantage point. You climb all those steps to get a magnificent view at round 10. And then you realize you have to go all the way back down to 1. My like literally felt like jelly when I got up :’)
Thought I try only to 1 2c3v4 5 6 7 8 9 10, but then I went 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 and 1 !!!!!!!! Phewwwwwwww yes Im done , goodnight world, goodnight legs
wow wow wow that was so hard but I made it through, my legs are dead! I think it endorphins kicked in, because I got the giggles towards the end for no reason at all, was really hard to do the exercise and laugh at the same time 🙂
