    Can you do a workout dedicated to ease tension on the neck or maybe some neck strengthening exercises. I constantly have neck pain and some of the exercises I have to stop because of my neck. Thanks 🙂

    I’ve been doing Cassey’s PIIT28 program and monthly calendars on and off for several years now and this is the first time I’ve done a workout with weights in a ridiculously long time. I tend to avoid weights for no valid reason at all, but I know I really should incorporate them into my workouts more. I would do them if Cassey was doing them! I’d like to see weight routines maybe 2 days a week on the monthly calendars please!
