    Wow! That was so much fun. I haven’t done a headstand since I was a child and now I am 50. I was looking for something to extend my Blogilates stretch workout this morning and found this video. Found it pretty easy to do it against the wall so am going to work up over the next few days to having more confidence about doing it unsupported. Thanks, Cassey!

    I cant do away from wall n for many yrs I been trying, now that I’m older almost 45 I’m scared of breaking something, I use to be able to when younger in my teens n 20s

    Might I suggest, if you’re looking for an added challenge, try doing this while your dog is watching so (s)he walks right up to you and incessantly licks your face, completely ignoring your cries to go away? 😂😂😂
