This was super hard. I hurt my back a while back and my PT said need to work my glutes and my chiro said Pilates is great!
The last 2 workouts on calendar are the same workout!

I’ve been doing pilates for over 3 years now and in almost all the butt videos, if one side we do 8 counts, the other side is more than 8. Like here, it was 20 in one butt and 8 on another 😛
So, I’ve to count so that one butt doesn’t do extra job.
If this was my first video of the day I think I would have done much better! After doing the calendar work with lots of other her leg lifts I had to do the modified versions here.
