    What happened to the workouts being on the Coda app? It was much easier to get from the clalmder to the workout video in the actual YouTube app, plus the clickable calendar on the site never saves what workouts I did once I click out. If it still doesn’t save, that is very upsetting.

      OH no let me fix that! Re the clickable cal. Sorry I wasn’t able to get to the coda doc this month. I will do it next month!

    4x through, complete!! I have done this one and it is a sweaty workout,!! on the lunges, it’s a little tough I cant go as fast due to being on the 3rd floor apartments, but doesn’t stop from sweat dripping after going 4x 🙂

    oh my .. *out of breath, sweat rolling * 4 times back to back. Still have the 100 Squats ,will do in 2 hours.

    I can’t make the video full screen because the HIIT My Abs Hard Banner keeps scooting in front of it. Also, Equipment Needed should say shoes.
