Just started this one today! I’m not getting married, but I like the idea of a 28 days bootcamp!!!
Really slowing down this time to work on my technique. I don’t want to upset my neck by straining. Good workout but I’m ready for more! Butt I am thinking!!
I like how the moves are simple enough to do but impactful, so that I can do them and feel the burn. Also realized how weak I am so maybe when I get stronger I can do the moves with better posture/positioning.
I’m getting married in June 2020. I just had two babies in two years and have been struggling for a year to lose weight. I’m excited to do this program! The workouts are short which work well with kiddos but they’re intense! I’m definitely can’t wait to get some strength back and look like my former self on our wedding day.
I started working out after a long time of putting off really moving and being active. Some of the moves were hard and I had to modify them but in the end I feel so much better! sweaty, but better lol Thanks Cassey for making these videos available! ❤❤😊

This is my favourite abdominal workout from all of Cassie’s ab-focused videos that I’ve tried. I get that good stiffness feeling in my muscles that tells me that I seriously worked them…it lasts for two days afterward. You can’t beat that!
Also, just a quick note that videos like this one are a wonderful way to break up my day at my sedentary job. I am fortunate to have my own office, and I can close the door throughout the day to get some privacy and often I take a morning or afternoon break from sitting and do a video or two, depending on which muscle groups are crying out that they need to feel the burn. Struggling through a video or two really helps to wake up my body and they help get me through those busy days in between my longer, full-body workouts. On very busy days, I might not do anything physical, but because of these videos I can at least accomplish a little something for my strength, posture, and flexibility. It all adds up, I hope. Cassie, I am positive that your videos and exuberance are good for my mental and physical health. Thank you for creating this content and making it so accessible for your audience. Are there variations of this or other types of an workout that I can do with a bad back? I attempted to do all of these and only 2 of them I was able to do without hurting my back. My wedding is coming up and I want to look nice in my dress!

I happen to be going to a couple weddings this year, but honestly I just do this workout because it’s so awesomely intense. Love the bridal bootcamp series!

I love this! I recently broke my foot, and on day 4 being able to walk again. I’m still not allowed to do certain things, such as running, or anything which will twist my foot. This is one of my favourite videos that doesn’t use the foot. Going to be doing this everyday now, hoping to get into better shape for our Greece trip in July.

I’m always trying to figure out what I should be feeling when doing the candlestick move. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a bit extra flexible, or if I’m doing it all wrong. I keep my torso straight, and I move down pretty low… Any tips?
You feel it more when you do more reps.
Relax when you are down, so your abs will need to work extra hard to lift you up.
The last 4 moves are definitely tough!!

This one was brutal!! And beautiful. BRUTIFUL! (Steal it, it’s cool ;p) My abs are still sore 2 days later, and I hardly EVER get sore abs. Well done, this is a new fave.
