    Bad idea doing this after a really steep hike haha. Had to take looong breaks because my body just couldn’t anymore! I’m looking forward to revisiting this soon when I’m better prepared for it!

    Lovely work out. Is there any way to stop your hip clicking while doing single leg circles? I feel like I’m doing it wrong ^^’

      My leg click when I’m bending my knee and it doesn’t click when its not bending.

    Well it’s day 3 of my second month of doing the regular month calendars and I can finally do full plank jacks!! I really need to work on my leg flexibility so I can have a full straight leg during some of the moves. Favourite stretching videos for beginners anyone?
