    This was great! Even though the moves weren’t necessarily super hard, and the workout wasn’t long, we kept moving and I really worked up a sweat.

    Hi Cassey, I am working out with your calendar form Europe, I love your work outs, but I realized, that this video was not showing for me , only mentioning in the calendar new video – but no link by 5:30 CET yesterday, and now I can see, what it was , same for last week BP’s video.       I’m also working out from the UK, her new videos get posted during the day in Cassey’s time zone, PST, so that’s why we don’t see it until later!
