Thanks for kicking my butt, Cassey! I’d say that the last move–I think it’s ballerina v-outs–was the hardest for me!
I CAN’T BELIEVE I CAN DO THE SINGLE LEGGED BURPEE FROM START TO END!!!
I used to be pretty good at keeping up with Cassey, but after not doing pilates for so long I find it difficult to do these exercises!! I know I just have to keep at it but I feel very discouraged…. hopefully I can change that!
