Hey! 7 months later after working out with Cassey every day that wasn’t so bad – I must be fitter!
I honestly hate all of this week’s oct 2019 (14-19) combination of videos. it’s like asking for an injury Cassey. Please rethink them
Because i live in an apartment where the floors/ceilings are made of paper i literally had to skip half of this… i really wish cardio was apartment friendly but lol no.

Those criss crosses really starts to hurt my lower back. I know it’s because I need to flatten my back on the mat but it’s so difficult. Any ideas for a modification until I can manage it?
That final criss crosses were SO HARD! I’m so proud of myself for doing this in Cassey’s rhythm! hahaha
