Ok, so I know this is kinda late but I was just wondering if we’re doing the beginner’s calendar are we supposed to do this workout 4 times still? I don’t want to stress my body out too much but I also don’t want to fall short so I did the video twice. I’m comfortably pushing my limits. 4 times is a bit extreme for me right now on top of the other planned workouts. I just wanted to know your original intentions for the beginner’s calendar. Thank you Cassey!!! Love your work!!!
Yay for Sailor Moon! I loved this show so much when I was a kid! Sailor Mars was always my favorite.

I’m scared of PIIT but this was the easiest one, also I am dog person 🙂 .
Don’t want to push anyone away, I mean scared because I don’t like jumping and lunges and cardio but I can see progress so keep working and it will pay off I promise.
A month later here, it is paying off. 😉

I’m shocked I actually managed to complete this workout (to this best I can). I am verrrrrry unfit, but I really feel like your positive mental attitude helps me to stick to what I’m doing. I particularly liked the last one!

Ahhhh! I could do all of them except the crescent crunches at the end! It is still extremely hard but I’m finally making progress!!! Thank you, Cassey!

As a general comment for the website, would it be possible for you to put trainers into equipment needed alongside the yoga mat if you wear trainers in the video?

I think that if you do all the other videos of the day you don’t have to, but if you’re only doing this one that do it 4 times 😀

Just do it once when you are following the calendar 🙂 Unless the calendar says to do it more than once.
Also, I’m definitely a dog person 🙂 but cats come in second on my list
Can the workout description include shoes as “equipment needed” for future workouts? That would be AWESOME! And should we be doing these workout videos 3-4 times each even if we’re following the calendar?

This one is made for beginners! It is very easy and adjustable to one’s fitness level.
I am terrified of the PIIT videos since they usually have a ton of star squat jumps and burpees. This one is failry easy. Really enjoyed it.
