    Hooray, George is in this video. I am doing the 28 Day Summer Sculpt – just finishing my 2nd week – and I miss George on Fridays!

    The belt from a towelling robe (dressing gown) works fine for me as I don’t have a yoga strap.

    When I do the double quad stretch (where you tuck your feet next to you bum and lean back), I can’t feel the pull on my quads but the tops of feet pull a lot and really hurt… any suggestions?

    I’ve found that the surface which you’re practicing splits on affects a lot. I can’t do splits on a hardwood floor but I can do splits on the sofa!

    I’m excited to stretch. I am restarting blogilates. I love these week long videos to help build strength and flexibility. I hope you keep making easier modifications for restarters. I think people who have done this for years should include ankle wieghts and things like that for a challenge. Please keep making series like this
