    I’d just like to say that I just did this ON MY BIRTHDAY! Yay! I have completed week 1 (and managed not to get too confused that Cassey’s Sunday is my Thursday etc, because I started on a random day!).

    Something about the combination of abs and cardio is a killer for me. Always feel like throwing up around the first candlestick dippers! Haven’t had the courage to try both rounds yet…the first one was such a challenge!

    I only worry about cardio on Sundays cause my parents sleep in and I always insist on working out before eating anything at all I work out all the time it feels like so it reminds me to use that muscle control while doing workouts like this and my gym instructors are already seeing improvement My only issue is making sure I’m eating plenty considering I work out more than I eat I deal with it and every day is a work in progress Thank you for constantly inspiring me I appreciate you in all you do

    WOW this was insane! I definitely had to take some breaks but I finished. How come Cassey looks like she didn’t even break a sweat?! Meanwhile, I was a red-faced sweaty mess. Haha. Also, I surprised myself by getting through the burpees fine (and actually did the regular push-ups when I normally go on my knees!) but actually the hardest moves for me were the two lunge moves (split lunges and lunge squats). My heart rate went through the roof during those. I felt very accomplished though.

    That was intense.. I’m kind of a beginner , so many of those were hard for me, but I know I’ll get better… and hopefully more flexible. However, I HATE BURPEES, and always will! Kisses to Sir George. 😉

    Sir George is too cute I loved the workout It was awesome My mat was a little wet from where I had washed it yesterday so doing this was like the ultimate challenge for me trying not to slide during some of these and you’ve got mean balance yourself considering the way you got Georgie’s toy and threw it for him to fetch You’re so awesome Keep it up We love you You’re the best

    I like workouts like these (silent death cardio). Don’t make you kill yourself but also at the same time, you are sweaty and hot. I LOVED this workout so much. Thank you cassey
