    I love the format of this video! I’d love to see more PIIT-style ladders – I hate cardio, but this style makes it more bearable because it gets easier and easier as the video goes on 🙂

    Ive never done this workout before and I’ve been with you for a while! I take it the ladder style wasn’t popular? I really liked it!!! Much more than PIIT because that can seem too repetitive in the exact way. I like this video.
