Thank Gd for this little break before the 100 burpee in the calendar today
My thought, exactly!!!
I honestly get so excited every time I see this one on the calendar. Yes, I know I can kill the harder cardio workouts but this one is just so enjoyable and always leaves me feeling good.
Ok this one it’s a little bit ridicule
Thanks, Cassie. Great warm-up. Managed not to elbow my quad but did kick my ankle in the grapevine. Dur!
Wow. This was wonderful.
Why does it say sweat time is 12 minutes? It took me around 5 minutes.
Same. It took me four minutes and even the video itself isn’t 12 mins. It’s 6!
Am I the only one who sees a green screen for less than a second several times on this video?
Nope, I see it too. Something must have gone wrong when they were uploading it to YouTube years ago.
the green screen is new. it was not in this video when I first started doing the beginner’s calendar in 2014.
I really love how can I comment and see the level of the workouts !!!:)
