    Dear Cassey,
    I love your videos. I watch them everyday, and they are so fun. My one problem is the eating clean part. I love to bake, so it was hard for me to give up sweets. I have no clue what to eat, and my parents refuse to buy your meal plan. I like to have a plan, but I have no control of what I can plan with. My parents have no problem with eating clean, it’s just the plan that’s a little out of there budget. What do I do?

    Dear Cassey, I have an idea. According to recent news UEFA allows return of fans at maximum 30% of capacity pending approval of local authorities. You should check local legislation is European countries where these sport events are held and if fans from foreign countries are allowed to travel without quarantine, buy tickets for the matches and go 🙂 You do not have to visit the matches if you are not interested in soccer but you probably need those tickets to show the authorities to get the exemption from quarantine.

    Cassey, I liked this. I am still not able to work out hammy curls with my right knee, but I decided to continue the first exercise in that 90 seconds (no problem with hammy curls on my left side). This was a good exercise altogether, I liked your video with the heavy books, too.
